Today I decided to try my hand at blogging again.
I’m going to keep it simple. I’m going to share what I’m listening to and reading. Today:
- I listened to the Personal Power II Day 12 track on the Goal Setting workshop.
- I actually did the goal-setting exercise, too.
- I re-listened to the Personal Power II Day 11 track on Goal Setting.
- This is not the same as the Day 12 program, which is a workshop in which you actually set some goals.
- I was listening on the way to the Ben Avery skeet-shooting range.
- I finished listening to the Tim Ferris Podcast with Pavel: Pavel Tsatsouline on the Science of Strength and the Art of Physical Performance.
- I like Pavel’s approach to strength training.
- I bought these handgrips: Captains of Crush Hand Gripper.
- I like carrying them around: it’s a physical metaphor.
- I recommended that my friend buy: StrengthsFinder 2.0.
- I bought this book for my wife back in August 2016.
- I myself was introduced to it a little earlier, while I was working at the Registrar of Contractors.
- I started listening to the Tim Ferris Podcast with Katie Couric.
- I read the story of Mary and Martha.
- My college is giving a seminar in town at St. Mary’s tonight.
